Actions: send, wait, branch

The action set is intentionally lean: send a template, wait for a delay or an event, branch on a condition, assign to an agent, and add or remove tags.

Combine these to build powerful sequences — for example send a welcome message, wait a day, then branch based on whether the customer replied.
