Adding and editing contacts

Add contacts manually, via import, or automatically from inbound WhatsApp messages and your website lead webhook. Each contact stores a normalized phone number, name, language, country and an opt-in status.

Editing a contact updates it everywhere — campaigns and segments always use the latest data.
