Connect your WhatsApp Business number

Go to Channels and connect your WhatsApp Business number through the official WhatsApp Cloud API. You will need a Meta Business account and a verified phone number that is not currently active on the WhatsApp consumer app.

Once connected, the channel status turns to “Connected” and you can start sending approved templates and receiving inbound messages in the shared inbox.
