Import your first contacts

Open Contacts and choose Import. Upload a CSV or Excel file, map your columns to contact fields, and preview the result before committing. Phone numbers are automatically normalized to international E.164 format.

Make sure every imported contact has given opt-in consent to receive WhatsApp messages — this is required by Meta and protects your number’s quality rating.
